Registration Policies

You may prepay for an "early bird" discount.

To receive this discount we must receive your payment 10 business days
in advance to course starting date.

 Registration: Send the signed, completed enrollment agreement
as soon as possible as some courses have an enrollment limit.

 Attendance requirements: 100%  (if student completes less than
the required hours a modified certificate will be issued reflecting actual
hours completed)

 Certificates of completion: will be issued upon successful completion
of the course.

 Cancellation/refund policy: If a student decides to cancel enrollment
they must do so with in 3 days (exclusive of Sat., Sun., and Holidays) of
enrollment to be eligible for a full refund of all monies paid. Requests must
be in writing and delivered by hand or via U.S. Mail. Refunds of any fees
will be made via the same method of original transaction and will be paid
with in 30 days of request Any refunds paid will be by check or if monies
were paid by Visa / MasterCard, a credit will be issued to the same card used
in the original transaction. After the 3-day cancellation period the
following refund schedule will apply. (Ratio of completed hours to enrolled
hours will be used to calculate all refunds)

 After the 3 day cancellation period up until 7 days prior to start of
course 100% of tuition minus a 20 % service fee.

**7 days prior to course start fees are non-refundable.

Students shall receive a full refund of all tuitions and deposits if a course
is at any time canceled by Eagle Professional Seminars.

I have read the policies and procedures listed in the student handbook, and
the page enrollment agreement of EPS. I am fully aware of the start dates
and times of the course(s) for which I am enrolling. I agree to abide by the
rules and regulations of EPS and its staff. I also understand that deadlines
will be strictly enforced.
